The Wolf and Fox finding the twins
Babes in the Wood is a Series 4 episode of Wolves, Witches and Giants.
Plot[]
A successful businessman and his wife Cheryl dream to have children. Their wish is granted when a set of twins, a boy and a girl are born. The parents decided to go out to celebrate at the local bar called the Hedgehog. Many people are happy for them, except for the local builder because they still owe him a great deal of money for the gym and jacuzzi he built. He grabs a lump of ice and drops it on the bar, killing the parents. The twins end up being forced to live with their cruel aunt. The aunt discovers that the twins inherit one million pounds from their parents. She plans to dispose them in the woods and inherit the money herself. So she calls the local duo of thugs, the Wolf and the Fox to come over. She tells them that there is unwanted gifts and should be thrown in the lake, but under no circumstances should they look inside. On the way to the woods, the Wolf claims, "That's a piece of cake." as in, this will be easy. The fox who misinterprets, states that there isn't a piece of cake in the bag, more like meat. This infuriates the wolf. After all, the wolf really loves to eat and it's against his principles to waste food, especially meat. The fox insists that they need to do what the cruel aunt says. When they reached the lake, the thugs get into a fist fight. As they pull the bag, it suddenly rips open. There appears the set of twins falling asleep on the grass, unharmed. The wolf and the fox, having a sense of empathy for the twins cannot go through with throwing them in the lake. They cradle the twins and the fox suggests that they should take them to the Vicar. The wolf agrees and after that they can have some of the meat pies. Soon enough, they do. The situation has been completely solved. The Vicar and his wife adopt the twins while the cruel aunt inherits the one million pounds. After the whole thing, the wolf and the fox are caught speeding and they had to go to court to get charged for speeding along with their previous crimes.
